Alright, so, I wanted to try to remake this Prada bag, the Galleria Saffiano. You know, the big one. It’s a pretty popular bag, and I saw it on the official Prada site. I figured, why not give it a shot? So, I started by gathering all the stuff I needed.

You can find these online or at a craft store. For tools, I used a basic leatherworking kit. It had all the essentials like needles, thread, a cutting mat, and some knives.
I started with cutting the leather. This was the trickiest part. I made a pattern based on pictures and measurements I found online. You have to be really careful here because once you cut, there’s no going back. After cutting, I started assembling the pieces. Sewing leather is tough. It’s not like sewing regular fabric. You need a strong needle and thread, and you have to be patient.
