Well, let me tell you, I seen a thing or two in my day. And these days, all the young folks, they’re carryin’ around these fancy bags. Now, I ain’t one for all that hoity-toity stuff, but I gotta say, this one bag, this Yves Saint Laurent, or YSL for short, LE CARRé SATCHEL BAG, it caught my eye. It’s an original, they say.
This here YSL LE CARRé SATCHEL, it ain’t cheap, no sir. But if you got the money, and you want somethin’ nice, this might be it. It looks, you know, kinda simple but in a good way. Like them old-timey bags, but new. And they say it’s the original order, which means it’s the real deal, not some cheap knock-off.
They got all sorts of these Saint Laurent bags. I seen ’em when I was lookin’ around. This one is the LE CARRé SATCHEL. They got somethin’ called a “Monogram Bag” – sounds fancy, don’t it? And another one, “Sac de Jour.” Sounds French. But this LE CARRé, it just looks… right. Like somethin’ you could carry anywhere.
Now, I seen some prices online, and I near ’bout fell outta my chair! One of ’em was like $2,100! Another one, $2,500! Can you believe it? For a bag! Then there’s this one, YSL Niki, they call it. $3,150! I don’t know who Niki is, but she must be important to cost that much. And this YSL LE CARRé, it is not cheap either! This original order is expensive. You’d think they was made of gold or somethin’.
They say this Saint Laurent, whoever he is, makes things that are “classic,” which I guess means they don’t go outta style. Like my old apron, I s’pose. And they say it’s got a “rebellious attitude.” I don’t know ’bout that. Just looks like a good, strong bag to me. But this YSL LE CARRé SATCHEL BAG, it really does look sturdy.
Some of these bags, they got this big “YSL” on ’em. Big and bold. This LE CARRé don’t. It’s more, you know, quiet-like. I like that. It is what it is. And it is a good bag, an original order. No need to be shoutin’ about it.

They say these bags are made in Italy. I ain’t never been to Italy, but I hear it’s a nice place. So if you see one of these YSL LE CARRé SATCHEL bags that says it’s made somewhere else, somethin’ ain’t right. It’s probably one of them fakes. Especially if it ain’t an original order. You gotta watch out for them fakes.
This YSL LE CARRé SATCHEL, though, if it’s the real deal, the original order, it’s probably gonna last you a good long while. Longer than them cheap things you get at the discount store, that’s for sure. Those things fall apart faster than a scarecrow in a hurricane.
I seen some bags that look kinda like this YSL LE CARRé SATCHEL, but they ain’t the real thing. They call ’em “dupes.” Like they’re tryin’ to trick ya. One of ’em was only $89! Made outta fake leather, they say. Now, that might be alright if you just want somethin’ that looks fancy for a little while. But if you buy an original order one, it will last longer.
So, if you’re thinkin’ ’bout gettin’ one of these YSL LE CARRé SATCHEL BAG, just make sure it’s the real thing, an original order. And make sure you got enough money saved up! ‘Cause these things ain’t cheap. But if you want somethin’ nice, somethin’ that’ll last, and you got the money to spend, well, this might be the bag for you. It is a good bag after all. If you can, go get the original order one.
